Cancellation Guidelines
Our cancellation policy stipulates that orders can only be cancelled before the commencement of the manufacturing process, whether it pertains to products or design services. Once an order has entered the manufacturing phase, cancellation is no longer feasible. However, if cancellation occurs before this stage, a full refund will be issued promptly. This policy ensures that customers have the opportunity to make changes or withdraw their orders without financial penalty, provided the production process has not yet commenced. Kindly be aware that certain orders may not be feasible for acceptance and will be subject to cancellation. We retain the authority, at our sole discretion, to decline or annul any order for any reason.
